About Dr. Paterek
Doctor Margaret Paterek earned her medical degree from Jagiellonian University Medical College in Cracov, Poland. She then moved to the United States where she took her medical boards and completed her residency in pediatrics at Columbus Hospital in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Paterek practices independently at her private practice in Elk Grove Village, IL. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is affiliated with Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, IL and Ann Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, IL. Dr. Paterek is fluent in English and Polish. Patients from a variety of backgrounds enjoy having her as their physician.
Dr. Paterek is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Polish-American Medical Society. She believes in listening to each patient and creating a partnership to maintain and improve lifelong health.
